I don't know if it's good enough. but here is my entry for the

Autumn contest. [link]
Painted in photoshop and took about 8 hours in total

I present the Autumn Painter.
the story:
This autumn elf painter appears once every year, often seen on trees so he can paint the once green leaves into orange to welcome his season. However, he is not known to be that smart and bright; since he picks up the green leaves from the branches, and paints them orange, only to notice that he can't stick them back on the tree, so he throws them on the ground leaving all trees bare and leafless.

_{This is a personal interpretation of why do leaves fall down in autumn and the character is an original creation of mine.}
